Richard Jones - Chief Executive Officer

Richard has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 25 years, in a range of public and private sector roles. He began his career in the NHS, going on to hold a number of executive positions in the private health sector. These include Director of London Bridge Hospital, Operations Director and Deputy Managing Director of BUPA Hospitals Limited and Commercial Director of Spire Healthcare. 

Richard has a track record of driving growth through strategic, operational and commercial management of healthcare services, while maintaining close engagement with clinicians and staff to help ensure the delivery of high quality healthcare.

Colin Salsbury - Interim Chief Operating Officer

Colin has over 20 years of experience directing laboratory operations in the UK, USA and Russia, working in private, public and not for profit health organisations. Having worked for organisations including the Royal Brompton Hospital, Spire Healthcare and Omnilabs Groups UK, he has extensive experience of performance and quality improvement, developing laboratory services, strategic planning and regulatory compliance. Colin has also had over 15 years experience as a CPA peer assessor.  

Dr. Robert Hangartner - Clinical Director

Robert previously worked for Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Trust as a Divisional Director and has considerable experience working with the Department of Health and private pathology and healthcare sectors.

Steve Mensforth - Chief Finance Officer

Steve has a wealth of public and private financial expertise, including roles at National Express and Sony Entertainment.

Jane Slatter - HR Director

Jane is an experienced HR professional with expertise in transformational change and organisation development and design. Jane has worked as a member of a number of management teams in FTSE 100 companies in senior roles during her corporate life and been heavily involved in business transformation, cultural change and employee engagement. More recently she has spent time working in partnership with NHS organisations supporting them with the challenges of transformation.

Jan Teahon - General Manager, KingsPath

Jan has over 20 years experience leading and developing pathology services in the UK. She has a strong track record of success in strategic planning, driving innovation and operational efficiency in major service redesign, including developing and maintaining a commercial business focus.

She also has programme management and change management expertise required to ensure the successful implementation of major change projects.

Steve Paterson - IT Director

Steve has considerable experience of managing and delivering large and complex IT systems. For the past two years he has been Transformation and IT Director for Capita, having previously led their programme on Congestion Charging for London. Steve also spent part over four years working for the NHS London LSP Programme as par of the National Programme for IT (NPfIT).

Chris Granville - Commercial Director

Chris has 10 years experience in healthcare with both the NHS and independent sector, most recently providing commissioning, contract management and commercial support for Primary Care Trusts.

Prior to moving to the Health sector, Chris held senior finance and service delivey positions with J Sainsbury plc.
